We recommend that you have an eye examination every 2 years. If there is a family history of diabetes or glaucoma, you should have a test every year. Children under the ages of 16 should have eye tests yearly.

Our optometrists complete a full ocular examination. Our in-depth eye tests check the health of the eye including checking pressures and fields, and accurately test your vision. We also have a fundus camera, that enables us to capture images of the back of the eye and store for future reference.

An eye test costs £40, and you can book your examination by calling us on 0208 202 5165 or emailing us at info@avenueeyewear.co.uk

Repairs depend on the damage and the type of repair needed. We have an on-site lab that can replace screws and conduct a service on your spectacles. In some cases, where spectacles are badly damaged, a new pair may need to be purchased.

Yes, we offer single vision lenses, varifocal lenses, bifocal lenses, transition and polarised lenses.
